Our client is a world-renowned financial services organisation who is looking for a Senior Change Manager within one of their core functions to be part of a risk framework implementation.

The new framework to be implemented seeks to bring consistency in approach and introduce operational structure to the identification and mitigation of Information and Cyber Security risks. 

In conjunction with the Programme Director, the senior change manager shall define a robust and efficient delivery plan by working with key stakeholders to support the delivery of the programme objective - drive implementation of the framework. 

The Change Manager shall provide exceptional leadership and strong project management discipline to mobilise effort and commitment including making a compelling case for change. They will maintain highly constructive and effective relationships within the Programme plus also with across domains linked to the programme.
