A global insurance player is on the hunt for a scrum mater/agile coach to join their innovation hub here in Hong Kong for minimum 12 months. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast growing and forward thinking team with a growing suite of engaging customer centric products. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Manage and monitor scrum processes and meetings
• Arrange daily stand ups 
• Facilitate agile methodologies 
• Lead SDLC
• Manage project scope and timeline
• Implement processes, practices and tools to allow for multiple paths of delivery
• Manage partnership with external vendors and internal communication
• Inspire a team that is flexible and fully productive during sprints  

Key Requirements 

• Extensive knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks 
• Solid Agile experience 
• Exceptional organisation and planning 
• Strong stakeholder management 
• Experience in insurance is a bonus 
• 5+ years of experience
