Our client is a well-established fortune 500 company in the Real Estate space looking for a Regional Controller to join the business

Key Responsibilities

•  Drive controllership and ensuring regulatory and statutory compliance across the various entities
•  Preparing monthly financials & analytics and ensuring compliance with US GAAP / IFRS standards
• Improving business processes and controls for the business
• Supporting the CFO's team with regards to new product launches as well as infrastructure support 
• Leading a team of 4-5 people 

Key Requirements

• Accounting degree / equivalent with at least 10-15 years of combined experience in audit and financial control 
• Strong knowledge and understanding of US GAAP and IFRS
• Ability to think out of the box, sharp business acumen and excellent stakeholder management skills is required
