A virtual bank who are leading the way in this space are looking for a product integration manager to join their team, the ideal candidate will come from a strong digital/technology business analyst background and have extensive knowledge within loans and lending.

You will become part of the broader Products family, be tasked with helping them to drive the strategic direction of their Hong Kong business as it scales.

Responsibilities include:

• Work with product managers and development leads to help shape, priorities and make improvements on underlying processes based on a clear customer driven metrics.
• Work alongside the engineering talent to help them priorities and improve work flow and efficiency of MVP’s
• Define and influence underlying drivers of performance and KPI’s
• Shape short, medium and long term objectives for the product squad
• Analyse desirability, feasibility and viability of your MVP

Requirements include:

• Strong experience in technical architecture, CX, data analytics and strategy
• Have previously worked in a tactical/operations/strategic business analyst capacity
• Ability to work in a fast paced start up environment
• Big thinker who can solve complex problems with emerging ideas
• Fail fast learn faster mentality
