A new opportunity has opened up for a Director of Product at a market leading e-commerce company, based in Singapore. This director-level role offers the unique opportunity to drive the product vision and roadmap for a high-growth consumer Internet service.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and strategy and build the product roadmap to fuel exponential growth and engagement
• Identify market trends and customer needs to inform new products and features
• Drive the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch, along with post-launch analysis and continuous improvements
• Define, measure and improve key product metrics
• Partner effectively across the company to execute the product plan and deliver the biggest impact
• Develop and lead team of product managers and squads to successfully scale with the growth of the business

Key Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management and development, with a track record of creating innovative consumer Internet products
• 5+ years of experience building, managing and scaling world-class product teams
• Early adopter and passionate user of technology with a sophisticated understanding e-commerce / technology lead product services
• Natural leader with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong bias for action
• Proven ability to define a product vision and strategy, communicate that across the company, and deliver a solution that is highly impactful and scalable
• Quantitative and analytical skills, with a deep understanding of the Internet and mobile app ecosystem and a love of data
• Highly organized with strong communication skills
