Our client, a prominent global TMT group is seeking a legal counsel to join their established legal team to support international businesses.

This is a newly created role and covers a broad range of transactional and operational matters on the group level - including key remits in investments, project development and financing.

Candidates with minimum 3 PQE in private practice or in-house (particularly tech/infrastructure sectors) are welcomed to apply.

Key Responsibilities 

• Legal advisory role supporting group and portfolio businesses.

• Key contributor in wide gamut of corporate and commercial transactional matters.

• Support regional operations across group and portfolio business units.

• Draft, review and negotiate broad range of commercial and corporate contracts.

• Managing external counsels and stakeholders as and when required.

• Assist in corporate secretarial matters as and when required.

Key Requirements 

• Bar qualified with at least 3 PQE.

• Private practice or in-house experience with recognised firms.

• Substantial experience in corporate and commercial transactions. M&A practitioners would be relevant.

• Strong communication skills and able to function independently and within diverse team.

• Highly attuned to business needs and able to apply legal expertise accordingly.

• Resilient and adaptable to dynamic work environment.
