Our client, an SGX listed Semiconductor company is looking to hire a legal counsel (5 to 8 PQE) to join their growing company. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Reporting into the CFO and working closely with the CEO, you will be advising on full spectrum of legal work – i.e. general corporate, M&A, JVs, dispute/litigation management, compliance and corporate secretarial matters. 

Key Requirements 

• Prior experience in List Co matters will be very well regarded
• You are LLB qualified and called to a commonwealth Bar (Ideally called to the SG Bar but not a must).
• To be successful in the role, you need to have strong stakeholder management skill, able to work independently and think commercially.
