Our client is an international real estate/property development company. Due to exciting regional growth plans, the company is looking to fill a Legal Counsel role in their Singapore office. Reporting into the Head of Legal for the region, you will be part of a well-established legal team that is providing critical support to the business. 

Key Requirements

You are LLB/LLM qualified, between 5 to 10 PQE (Singapore Bar qualification preferred) with experience in advising general corporate and transactional matters (M&A, JV, Financing, Investments; etc) within the real estate/property industry.

To be successful in the role, you will need to be collaborative, commercial, hands on and possess excellent communication skills.
