Our client, a global player in the Development / Logistics space is looking to hire a legal counsel to join their team.  This is a newly created headcount to keep pace with their rapid expansion in the US and European markets, along with various acquisitions.

This would be an excellent opportunity for a lawyer in top private practice firms looking to move-inhouse for wider commercial exposure.

Key Requirements

• 2- 7 PQE, called to the Singapore Bar with excellent academic qualifications
• Practicing in a top law firm or an established MNC
• Experienced in either General Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions or Banking & Finance
• Driven, motivated and enjoys a fast pace of work
• Collaborative, a strong communicator, excellent interpersonal skills
• Enjoys being involved in both general corporate and transactional work
• Excited to take on a broad range of work across various jurisdictions
