Job Description
For one of our clients in London, I am looking for a motivated full-time IT Support Engineer. You’ll be part of a dynamic team and support 100+ employees, from setting up laptops to configuring Microsoft software. Are you looking for a role in a dynamic and growing organization?

- Salary banding: £26K - £32K +5%-10% discretionary yearly bonus
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar role

Key Responsibilities (expected to grow):
- Be an active member of the IT team supporting the London, Frome, Chicago, and Munich offices.
- Provide onsite support to London employees, 100+
- Log and monitor IT support incidents and requests; categorizing, prioritizing, and escalating where appropriate.
- Update and maintain the IT inventory.
- Assist in the building of, and provisioning of, laptops, phones, and software.
- Ensure all laptops are patched and free of malware.
- Ensure our London meeting room tech is maintained and ready to use.
- Contribute to the creation of documentation, including self-help solutions and wikis.
Key Requirements:
Essential:
- Enthusiasm for IT and a passion for technology.
- Good problem-solving skills and calm under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach.
- 1-2 years experience in maintaining and troubleshooting Windows operating systems.
- Knowledge of network configuration and troubleshooting.
- 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C or above, including Maths, English Language and Science.
- You will need to be mobile – there will be occasional travel between our London and Frome offices.
