A well-known, fast-growing online platform is looking for a regional human resources business partner to oversee all the HR operations and make sure they are aligned with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and anticipate HR needs
- Communicate needs with the business units (Legal, IT, Finance and HR)
- Coordinate HR efforts between functions and develop integrated solutions
- Consult with line management and provide guidance if needed
- Develop solutions, programs and policies with HR department
- Resolve complex employee relations issues through thorough investigations
- Ensure regulatory compliance and reduce legal risks
- Carry out performance management
- Restructuring and workforce and succession planning
- Diagnose and deliver full talent interventions (quality, diversity and depth)
- Deliver change programmes to deliver continuous improvements on productivity
- Identify training and coaching needs for teams and individuals
- Monitor and evaluate HR overall performance
- Propose new HR strategies
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of general HR experience at Advisor level
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related fields
- Skills in relationship management with proven track record
- In-depth knowledge of all human resources functions, compensation practices, organisational diagnosis, employee and union relations and HK’s labour law
- Consultancy skills, specifically diagnosis and contracting
- Good analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
