A well-known, fast-growing online platform is looking for a regional human resources business partner to oversee all the HR operations and make sure they are aligned with company goals.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and anticipate HR needs
  • Communicate needs with the business units (Legal, IT, Finance and HR)
  • Coordinate HR efforts between functions and develop integrated solutions
  • Consult with line management and provide guidance if needed
  • Develop solutions, programs and policies with HR department
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues through thorough investigations
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and reduce legal risks
  • Carry out performance management
  • Restructuring and workforce and succession planning
  • Diagnose and deliver full talent interventions (quality, diversity and depth)
  • Deliver change programmes to deliver continuous improvements on productivity
  • Identify training and coaching needs for teams and individuals
  • Monitor and evaluate HR overall performance
  • Propose new HR strategies

 

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of general HR experience at Advisor level
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related fields
  • Skills in relationship management with proven track record
  • In-depth knowledge of all human resources functions, compensation practices, organisational diagnosis, employee and union relations and HK’s labour law
  • Consultancy skills, specifically diagnosis and contracting
  • Good analytical and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
