Our client, one of the private banks is looking for a senior Shared Services HR expertise to join their bank.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a the point of contact on Compliance and Operation Risk Management for the HR operations processes
• Self – assessment of HR compliance with local regulations, including HR employment Ordinance, Employees’ Compensation Ordinance, Minimum Wage Ordinance, Anti-Discrimination Ordinances and PDO
• Handle external vendors credit check and employment reference check
• Provide HR analytics report and surveus
• Handle payroll and other benefits administration
• Work with HRBP on employment reference check, HR documents and VISA application
• Work on ad hoc HR projects, HR portal and HR vendor management coordination

Key Requirements

• Bachelor degree with at least 7+ relevant experience from banking/ FI industry
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• Excellent spoken in English, Mandarin and Chinese
• Able to work with different levels of people in the company
• A fully understanding and maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality
