Our client, an industry leading Corporate Bank, is looking for a Head Product Owner to join full time, working on the internal CRM system used by RMs globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and define strategic transformation initiatives on the CRM platform
• Act as Product Owner to the platform, accessed by 1000's of RMs worldwide
• Push adoption across regions; liaise with country heads and promote the product
• Work closely with IT and Business alike
• End to end delivery of projects within timeline and budget
• Manage the Agile teams

Key Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in relevant domain (corporate banking)
• Excellent knowledge of CRM platforms (SalesForce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc)
• Hands on experience of delivery on Agile
• Excellent presentation skills and stakeholder engagement
• Experience with C level engagement (mandatory)
