My client is a fast-growing and listed Digital Logistics firm in Singapore and the region that has become one of the region’s leading providers of software solutions connecting the industry through Blockchain, AI and Machine Learning across the world in seconds.
An exciting Head of Sales role has been newly created to be part of the senior leadership team as they look to now scale the business, its channel partners and build a strong sales team locally and across the region.
This role will report into the Chief Commercial Officer.
- Lead a diverse & culturally varied sales and partner sales team across Singapore, South East Asia and the Middle East.
- Focused on the deployment of Regional & Country sales strategies in the B2C eCommerce & Business Solutions space
- Head GKAM (Global Key Accounts Management), focused on B2C accounts
- Hunt for new clients across Corporate and Enterprise entities and develop new opportunities
- Mentor, develop and coach Sales teams
- Identify and develop partners and channel managers
- Create and run Sales Training courses (Social Media Selling, Solution Selling, Sales & Presentation Techniques)
- Minimum 10 years of Saas sales experience
- Strong leadership background with track record of building high performance teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment, where speed and proactivity is key
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of closing complex deals and contracts
- Solid analytical and consulting skills with good knowledge of industry best practices
