A fast-growing, energetic financial services institution is looking for a digital product manager who will be responsible for delivering quality digital products to enhance financial services quality and customer experience. In this role, you will be working with finance, marketing, design and engineering teams on product development, execution and strategies, ensure these strategies are aligned with that of the company, and make continuous improvements. In this role, you will be conducting surveys, usability tests, sharing insights, using the latest technology and striving business success along with the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage and maintain quality applications to give the best user experience
• Conduct customer research, generate ideas and develop and manager products
• Develop and improve digital products and its delivery
• Ensure product development aligns with business goals and value proposition
• Define product strategies and enhance product roadmap
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and engineers to make sure products built are according to the business strategy and product roadmap
• Brainstorm with Marketing team to develop creative content for products
• Assist finance team in budgeting, forecasting etc
• Review the entire product development and delivery process
• Give insights for future development in long term as well as short term goals
• Develop a more systematic, efficient decision-making framework for better decisions and procedures
• Continuous review, learning, innovation and improvement
• Identify new business opportunities and models and new technologies
• Report on product delivery results to stakeholders

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Design or related fields
• 5-8 years of experience in product management and applications delivery (preferably in financial industry)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing product teams with excellent performance
• Able to work in a fast-paced Agile environment
• Tech-savvy with knowledge in the latest web and fintech trends
• Proactive, passionate and resourceful in finding solutions for challenging problems
• Team-player, leadership skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in English and Cantonese/Mandarin
