Our client is a well funded global EduTech firm based in Singapore.

As part of the leadership team with oversight for Risk Management and compliance globally, they are now looking for a hard-working, ambitious professional to play a key role in this build out role.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing all aspects of risk to the organisation and developing a robust global risk management strategy and establishing the risk appetite for the firm, while overseeing corporate governance both internally and externally
• Have oversight on compliance, in particular working experience with different countries regulatory requirements for tech and information related firm

Key Requirements

• At least 12 years of enterprise risk and/or compliance experience in a technology or B2C firm, with experience regionally and globally
