This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Group Accountant to join a global MNC, headquartered out of Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare consolidation and statutory financial statements for the group and the holding companies 
• Ensure timely & smooth month-end account closing, financial analysis & management reporting, as well as provide forecasting, planning and budget support
•  Ensure data integrity & accuracy and mitigate control risks in forecast, projection and management reporting 
• Assist in re-financing and bank loan covenant compliance 
• Co-ordinate with external auditors on annual consolidated financial statement clearance 
• Ensure all financial controls are in place and in good order Process and account for offshore fund transfer requests 
• Reconcile financial numbers to management report numbers 

Key Requirements

• Minimum 8 years' financial accounting experience gained from a corporate/MNC environment with a significant manufacturing asset/s base 
• Relevant discipline in the areas of Accountancy or Finance from good universities 
• CPA/Masters and previous experience in Big 4 would be an added advantage 
• Proven strong managerial and leadership qualities 
• Business partnering skills and a good team player 
• Commercially-oriented with high energy, a ‘can-do’ attitude and hands-on Operationally in tune with the business with a keen eye for analysis and details 
• Possess business acumen and strong commercial sense 
• Strong communication and presentation skills (oral and written)
