My client is a start-up that is considered to be a market leader within the payments/remittance domain. Globally headquartered out of Singapore, they are looking to hire a critical member of their senior leadership team to serve as a global CFO.

Key Responsibilities

• Taking over and leading the next round of fund-raising 
• Working closely with the global finance team on maintaining and strengthening financial controls and reporting
• Looking at FX/Treasury risk to devise strategy
• Partnering with the senior leadership team globally to serve a strategic finance business partner
• Helping the organization drive expansion

Key Requirements

• 10 to 15 years of experience in finance
• Fintech/Payment domain experience would be preferred
• Strong experience in fund-raising with a strong network across the region
• Someone with FX/Treasury experience
• CA/CPA is advantageous
• MBA is advantageous
• Strong understanding of APAC finance regulations 
• CA/CPA is advantageous
• Bachelor’s Degree is required
• Prior exposure to managing large volumes of statutory reporting for the region
