​We are currently partnered with a scaling Lending FinTech (£65M) who are on a mission to improve the UK’s financial stability through their interest-free loans in exchange for a small monthly membership fee. Having recently secured an impressive funding round of £48m, they are now experiencing a period of high-growth and are looking for a Software Engineering Project Manager to join their engineering team to support the deliver of key projects to improve and grow their product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help scope and plan projects within a multi-disciplinary team

• Effectively communicative project status across cross-functional teams

• Manage project risk

• Actively seek out and resolve multi-functional and business issues

• Analyse data and report to management and others

Key Requirements:

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent

• Strong background in system implementation project management using proven software development techniques

• Effective presentation, oral, and written business interpersonal skills with various audiences and levels
