This leading, VC backed Blockchain/Crypto FinTech who provide institutional investors with custody digital assets are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead their DeFi team in North America.

With market leading trading, borrowing and lending services they are currently supporting a large proportion of all global BitCoin transactions and with over 400 coins and tokens to date, this is not an opportunity to be missed.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with all relevant stakeholders across the business to build an achievable, realistic long-term roadmap

• Lead the design and development of new DeFi services on multiple blockchains (DAOs, NFT’s, DEXs)

• Build, scale and develop a team of engineers with high accountability

• Providing hands-on technical leadership

Key Requirements

• 7+ years’ experience in software development

• 3+ years’ experience in a leadership role

• Experience with blockchain based technologies essential

• Strong understanding of the modern SDLC

• Computer Science/Engineering degree or equivalent
