Our client is establishing a digital bank presence in Singapore and looking to build their team from scratch.

As part of the core risk team, we are looking to hire a Credit Risk Lead to build out the digital bank's credit risk team and be responsible for the implementation of the frameworks and reporting.

Key Requirements:

• The person will be responsible for conducting portfolio analysis on the lending portfolios and mitigate credit risk while monitoring the performance of the loan portfolios. The person will also look at reviewing the credit decision processes and models.

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience in credit risk in particular in the SME and Corporate environment.

• The successful candidate will have around 10 years of with an appreciation for the fintech/digital banking space.
