Our client, an innovative and entrepreneurial FMCG organization, are looking for a professional Business Development Specialist to join their team in Singapore. Reporting to the Business Development lead for APAC, the Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying new opportunities across APAC (excluding China & India).
- Developing new sales relationships with a network of distributors, agents and retailers with the view of driving growth
- Identifying new business opportunities in current and new territories
- Manage key metrics to track sales progress for the designated region
- Reporting to senior stakeholders on sales activities within the designated region
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research and report effectively on findings
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve wider company objectives
- 5+ years of experience in a sales environment
- FMCG experience
- Have regional sales exposure (Asia)
- Excellent track record of sales performance and meeting company objectives
