Going through an ambitious Digital Transformation, my client is seeking for a unique talent to lead their internal Big Data Analytics Transformation function.

Key Responsibilities

• You will train, develop and enable more than 500 users across the company in applying the newest Big Data and Machine Learning Tools
• You will be responsible to transform the internal current culture by influencing and changing people's mindset to embrace the newest technology tools
• You will understand all the big data technologies available at the company and fill the gaps in order to accelerate the transformation of the business

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as Big Data and Machine Learning Solutions Architect or as Big Data Consultant
• Experience in driving successful technology transformation projects
• Exceptional communication skills, you have proven experience in training, development and enablement of business teams in Big Data technologies
