This is an exciting opportunity to join a well established Crypto firm with solid growth within the region. We are seeking candidates with strong passion in Crypto and to be part of the growing Transaction Monitoring Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and investigate AML alerts as flagged by the monitoring system
• Carry out investigation and timely report suspicious cases and work with relevant parties to take follow up actions as needed
• Support to file suspicious transaction reports to relevant external authorities
• Assist to gather information for enquiries from supervisory and law enforcement authorities
• Draft policies and build up related programs
• Performed transactions monitoring threshold tuning
• Perform ongoing name screening review within defined timelines and ensure alerts generated from systems are fully and properly investigated
• Handle ad-hoc projects and assigned duties from senior management

Key Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience or above in AML transaction monitoring and AML analytics
• Sound knowledge of AML regulatory requirements
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Able to work independently under pressure and accomplish tasks assigned within a tight deadlines
• Detail and process orientated
• Time management skills - the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task in a fast-paced dynamic environment
