A global insurance player is on the hunt for a agile coach to join their innovation hub here in Hong Kong for minimum 12months. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast growing and forward-thinking team with a growing suite of engaging customer centric products.

As Agile couch you will be responsible for leading Agile work streams and agile enablement. Working across innovation, data, design and delivery teams you will oversee and monitor progress and performance and identifying opportunities for improvement. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Enable the organizations Agile way of working through coaching
• Implement the agile operating systems
• Manage and monitor scrum processes and meetings with scrum master
• Help manage project scope and timeline
• Implement processes, practices and tools to allow for multiple paths of delivery
• Inspire a team that is flexible and fully productive during sprints 
• Monitor progress and performance of the team
• Drive adoption using change management

Key Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks
• Experience in change management
• Experience coaching teams to embrace agile environments
• Exceptional organisation and planning
• Strong stakeholder management
• Experience in insurance is a bonus
• 5 plus years’ experience
