We have partnered with a leading SaaS business who are looking for an Account Executive to join their London team! This fast growing business are on a mission to build the most powerful customer communication platform for small and medium sized enterprises. They help businesses save time and make more money. Selling to various industries including home trades, automotive, estate agents and retail. This is a unique opportunity where you will be able to help shape their commercial approach.

About the business-

They believe in building better customer relationships between local merchants and their customers. Their multi-channel messaging platform allows merchants to engage their customers on their preferred channel while having the tools to build a better a stronger relationship during every part of the purchase process. They recently launched in 2021 and have raised more than $5m to date from leading investors including byFounders, Global Founders Capital, and many more.

Key responsibilities-

Looking for someone versatile and entrepreneurial, who’s excited by the prospect of finding new channels for growth and working to make them a reality. Specifically, we’re looking for someone to help drive success for SMEs by scaling an exciting customer communication platform around the world.

Some of the work that you could expect includes:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor and resource
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling to existing clients
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and messaging
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports

Responsibilities-

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a SaaS business
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Experience selling into SME businesses
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of communication software
