Opportunity to work for one of the global leaders in digital payments. This payments giant are looking for a Regional BD Lead to come in and take responsibility for the development of relationships with regional and global fintech clients in Europe and worldwide. This individual will work in conjunction with multiple departments to strategise and execute complicated partnership agreements with these prospects.
This role reports into the Head of European Fintech and is part of the partnerships team.
- Lead generation, prospecting and cultivating new prospects
- Identifying, structuring and securing new opportunities for Europe
- Have a 'hunter' mentality and be comfortable in an innovative and competitive sector
- Work with multiple departments in the business such a product/marketing/finance and corporate strategy teams to succeed in bringing in partnership agreements
- Drive the deal agenda for regional and global Fintechs in Europe, with a particular focus on BaaS
- Develop strong relationships with the VC community in Europe
- Identify strategic opportunities through understanding customer needs, leveraging any and all solutions.
- Regularly review market landscape
- Execute deals and engage senior leadership.
- Work with cross-functional teams including strategy and product to ensure deal implementations are on track
