Our client, a prominent Digital Infrastructure Multinational Corporation (MNC) with an extensive international portfolio of assets, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Legal Counsel to join their legal team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled legal professional to contribute to a rapidly expanding organization at the forefront of the digital infrastructure sector.

- As a Legal Counsel, you will play a pivotal role in advising on a wide spectrum of commercial contracts and transactional matters. Key responsibilities include:
- Lead negotiations and draft a variety of commercial agreements, including but not limited to, technology agreements, service contracts, and vendor agreements.
- Provide legal support for mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions.
- Conduct due diligence and assess legal implications of proposed business transactions.
- Demonstrate expertise in project development, front-end engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) matters.
- Advise on legal aspects related to project finance, construction contracts, and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where the company operates.
- Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with business operations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including business units, finance, and senior management, to provide timely legal advice and support.
Qualifications:
- Qualified lawyer with a strong academic background.
- Good experience (2 to 5 PQE) in handling commercial contracts and transactional matters.
- Expertise in project development and front-end EPC work highly regarded.
- Experience gained from leading law firms or relevant in-house roles.
- Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
