Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive legal advice on financial services, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance matters.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and agreements.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support decision-making.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Open to candidates from diverse legal backgrounds.
- Traits such as humility, a strong team player mindset, a thirst for learning, and a willingness to push boundaries are highly valued.
- Prior experience within MAS-regulated environments (banking/insurance sectors) is advantageous but not a must.

Qualifications and Skills:
- LLB or equivalent legal qualification.
