Job Description

Main responsibilities/tasks:
• Develop a product portfolio strategy based on market dynamics (consumer demand, competitive actions...etc.), lead terms negotiation with customers and all collaborators to ensure the deployment as of the agreed plans.
• Exploration of new opportunities to drive business in untapped territories, prospects new locations and touchpoints in line with global channel development strategy and business priorities, builds business case for assessing future business growth potential.
• Develop understanding of market trends, pre-empt competitors move and category development; capture, analyze and propose action plan based on consumer transaction.
• Provide inputs to refine, enrich and validate a local pricing approach based on local and regional business dynamics (benchmarking against domestic pricing, local portfolio, consumer demand, competition, etc.); including recommendation for RSP and DSP and share it for approval of company’s Pricing Committee.

Skills/Experience/Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Business or relevant subject area
• A combined experience of Key Account Management/ Business Development/ Field Sales/ Budgeting. With proven experience in key sales competencies like Volume Forecasting, Stock Management, Merchandising, Marginal Contribution, Pricing Margins, Scenario Analysis & P&L.
