- Lead the channel/ customer’s thinking, to develop and implement channel/ customer’s strategies with a horizon of 6 - 18 months
- Contribute to integrated commercial planning to develop channel/ customer plan with a horizon of 6 – 18 months
- Understand and drive customer’s insights and developments
- Manage channel/ customer sales and profitability to achieve sustainable growth
- To ensure compliance/ provide support to all quality related activities required.
- Category product knowledge within the FMCG industry
- At least 10 years commercial experience as demonstrated by channel or distributor management experience with at least 4 years of leading a team
- Business managerial experience within trade marketing, marketing/sales or commercial functions.
- Demonstrated business planning & implementation skills (Project Management)
- Financial implication and awareness (P&L statement, supply chain reports etc
