2019 International Women’s Day’s theme is to strive for a gender-balanced world. #BalanceforBetter reminds us to continue to beat the drum on promoting diversity and inclusion, across different cultures, age, ethnicity, etc.
When we launched our mentorship programme, we made sure that each pair of Space Buddy is from a different team, gender, and nationality, as much as we can; so that every voice is being heard, and the takeaway that support can come from someone who is very different from you.Space Executive’s consultants have decades of recruitment experience across the world, and we are heartened to be part of the change with our clients over the years. Although we have been placing more females in leadership positions and Board seats, we still have a long way to go for gender parity in the workplace.
Having hosted our well-timed Captain Marvel Movie event yesterday, we are well aware that female superheroes are not just for International Women’s Day. Every individual is responsible to galvanise your community all the time, in every setting, and not just on a sunny day in March.
