Space Executive is delighted to have recently launched their mentorship programme - Space Buddy.
Space Buddy is the first such programme to have been launched by Space Executive to formalise the onboarding and development of consultants and ease with which new ideas and cross-team communication can be promoted internally.
The scheme has been set up to support and encourage our consultants to manage their own learning and development with the support of a mentor, in order that they can maximise their potential, and progress in their lives and their careers.
