Our client, MNC with over 70 years' industry experience and one of the largest manufacturers in the world, is looking for a seasoned Treasury leader to join their office in Shanghai:

• Responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the treasury department

• Manage all relationships with financial institutions supporting company’s cash management operations

• Manage treasury analysts by developing objectives and development plan in line with global strategy

• Lead and enhance internal processes to drive operational efficiency and to ensure compliance with internal policies, controls and procedures

• Develop and monitor treasury operational policies

• Oversee risk management and foreign currency and interest rate exposures

• Facilitate the opening of new global banking relationships as needed

• Demonstrate leadership and training skills to further develop talents

Requirements:

• With at least 15 years of international experience

• Exposure from industrial supply chain, manufacturing and banking sectors would be an advantage

• Experienced in dealings with third parties from credit agencies, legal firms and banks

• Experienced in corporate finance & fund raising

• Experienced in change management and system/process improvement

• Proven track record in managing cross-cultural environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent negotiation skills

• Knowledge of international & China financial markets and systems

• Fluent English and Chinese
