We are working with one of our Fintech Clients who are looking for a Technical Writer to Join their Product / Engineering team to own and build out their Developer's Portal. You'll own the End to End Technical and User documentation on the portal, working with various stakeholders to ensure consistency in content and messaging across their documentation.

They are looking for somebody who is passionate about technology and has to skills to translate complex concepts into understandable language. You will be responsible for producing high-quality content, including user guides, technical specifications, API documentation, and other technical documents whilst keeping high standards with regards to grammar, style, and accuracy.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in a FinTech or SaaS environment, with a portfolio to showcase your work during the interview process.
• Must have a solid understanding of technical terms and concepts like APIs, Cloud platforms, JSON, REST, etc.
• Must be at Proficient in English
• Should have experience in Minimalism and Structured Authoring for content creation and organisation
• Take a User-Centred design approach to your work
• Could have experience in a regulated industry, ideally Payments or Financial Services
