Job Description

We are working with a leading Fintech who are looking to hire an Email Marketing Manager who is passionate about leveraging email automation to drive growth.

They are looking for somebody who will spearhead their email strategy and optimize customer engagement using HubSpot. In the team you'll be the go to SME on all things Email and work with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver creative and innovative campaigns. You'll have a good technical understanding but be very commercially minded.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and increase conversions.
  • Implement and optimize email automation workflows utilizing HubSpot to deliver personalized, targeted content.
  • Analyse campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to enhance effectiveness and ROI.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to align email strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve email marketing strategies and tactics.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in email marketing and automation, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry.
  • Experienced in B2B marketing, ideally with a focus on SMEs
  • Proficiency in HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms, with a strong understanding of email segmentation, workflows, and A/B testing.
  • Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, develop, and optimize effective email campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decision-making and strategy.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
