SENIOR PRODUCT DESIGNER | B2B SAAS START-UP | HYBRID (LONDON)

Space Exec are working with an exciting Tech-for-Good B2B SaaS Start-up who are hiring a Senior Product Designer due to growth.

Salary: £55K - £75K Base (+ generous equity - between 15% - 40% of salary, and other benefits)

Location: Hybrid working - 1-2 days a week in London office

Role Duties:

• Owning and leading the design of their new product, creating AI solutions for user pain points
• End to end product design from problem definition, ideation, prototyping, building, releasing
• Create and implement design systems
• Qual and quant research with users to validate Product Design problems and solutions
• Complex problem-solving in a problem that hasn’t yet been tackled before
• Going from 0 to 1, finding product market fit
• Working closely with users to understand what matters to them, creating prototypes and delivering live functionality at a fast face

Ideal Background:

• B2B SaaS
• Start-Up experience
• Solving problems in complex, data-heavy products (eg FinTech/Lending/AI) – taking masses of data and putting it together in a clean, beautiful dashboard
• Familiarity with complex systems
• Desktop-focused

• Looking for examples of when you’ve launched features that are being actively used by users
• Examples of your process and thinking, and rationale behind the decisions you’ve made
