We are seeking a dynamic Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team in Malta. Your primary focus will be managing and expanding relationships with our strategic iGaming merchants. You will understand their business needs, identify new opportunities, and explain the benefits of our payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pitch our product portfolio, negotiate agreements, and manage contract renewals.
  • Update our CRM with customer information, contacts, and opportunities.
  • Report and forecast on opportunities regularly.
  • Identify, plan, and execute strategies for customer growth.
  • Develop business and marketing plans to drive mutual growth.
  • Deliver exceptional service, representing our high-integrity, high-availability approach.
  • Collaborate with Product and Operations teams to maximize satisfaction.
Are You a Good Fit?
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success Management within the gaming sector.
  • Commercial experience in managing contract renewals and pricing negotiations.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in e-commerce or payments.
