Key Responsibilities

 

  • Deliver comprehensive legal counsel across corporate, commercial, and transactional matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate diverse agreements while advising on compliance and governance.
  • Lead risk management initiatives, identifying and resolving legal issues proactively.
  • Manage and implement corporate policies, ensuring adherence to regulations and operational excellence.
  • Oversee projects, coordinating effectively with internal and external parties to achieve strategic objectives.

 

Key Requirements

 

  • Law degree with 10-15 years, experience in law firms and/or in-house roles.
  • Blend of expertise in intellectual property related work, and capital markets.
  • Experienced in managing legal affairs within Singapore and other international markets.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with proficiency in drafting and stakeholder engagement.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical abilities and a balanced approach to legal and business needs.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively within diverse teams under tight deadlines.
