Our client is the world's largest non-bank international payments provider, offering innovative solutions to businesses worldwide. Due to continued success, they are looking to scale their GTM sales team across North America.


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive. As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by executing end-to-end sales strategies. This is an exciting time to join the business as they plan to scale their North America team, and comes with an opportunity to step into management should this be of interest.



  • Execute full-cycle sales processes, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and managing client relationships.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities within assigned territory or industry verticals, leveraging market insights and industry knowledge.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions to drive client satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic guidance on international payment solutions, foreign exchange services, and risk management strategies.
  • Manage sales pipeline effectively, tracking prospects, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and superior client experience.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape, providing insights and recommendations to inform sales strategies and tactics.


About You:

  • 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the FX sector, or financial services, payments, and related industries.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Understanding of international payments, foreign exchange markets, and global trade dynamics.
  • Communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Results-oriented, with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving business success.
  • Ability to travel as needed within assigned territory.
