We are partnered with an electronics manufacturer MNC to take on a regional counsel, covering a broad regional corporate commercial scope.

The successful candidate will report into the GC, working in a team to deliver pragmatic advice to business and across multiple corporate functions. Lawyers from a corporate commercial practice or in-house counsels are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate broad range of commercial contracts.

• Timely and pragmatic advice for internal stakeholders on various matters relating to strategy, policy, risk, IP, regulations and compliance.

• Corporate governance support to ensure legal and statutory requisites are met for entities.

• Manage external counsels as and when required.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2-4 PQE, qualified to Bar with law degree from established institution.

• Effective communication/presentation skills, able to build and strengthen stakeholder relationships.

• Experience in manufacturing and IT/consumer products related sectors is well valued.

• Sharp commercial acumen, quick learner, with strong ethical standards.
