Job Description

We are working with an exciting SaaS/Fintech start-up helping business to automate and optimise reporting and reconciliation processes. They are looking for a Project/Implementation manager with a background in payments to join their team and help improve their customer onboarding while managing various implementation projects with new and existing customers.

This is an amazing opportunity for somebody who is looking to take ownership of the implementation processes and drive best practices across the rapidly scaling business.


  • Lead the implementation of our SaaS solutions for fintech and payments clients, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Manage projects from initiation to completion, coordinating cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and customer support.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports to ensure projects stay on track and within scope.
  • Identify potential risks and issues early in the project lifecycle and develop effective mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.


  • Proven experience in project management and implementation within the payments or fintech industry.
  • Strong technical understanding of software systems, APIs, and data integration processes.
  • Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and act tactically to address client needs and project challenges.

They work on a Remote first basis with Annual team meetups in the UK.
