Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with various teams within the business to execute sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Lead expansion efforts into the grocery channel of the French market, including introducing new retailers and products.
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with existing retail partners, identifying and seizing new business opportunities.
  • Manage day-to-day operations with partners to ensure synergy and effective execution of business goals.
  • Accurately forecast sales, monitor in-market stock levels, and maintain a seamless ordering pipeline.
  • Achieve agreed-upon yearly KPIs for numeric distribution growth.
  • Drive marketing initiatives in coordination with the brand activation team.
  • Analyse performance data to create actionable sales development plans.
  • Collaborate with the French sales force to execute an optimal store strategy.
  • Stay informed about market competition and trends to inform decision-making.
  • Transform shopper and category insights into impactful in-store strategies.
Key Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of applicable experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of the French retail landscape.
  • Demonstrated experience in the FMCG industry and sales.
  • Strong communication, time management, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Sharp commercial acumen and effective negotiation abilities.
  • Self-motivation and adaptability to achieve results.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building lasting relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, sales databases, and web tools.
  • Fluent command of both French and English languages.
