Job Description

We are working with a start-up Payments business which is looking to scale, they are looking to hire their first Marketing hire who will own, innovate on and develop their Demand Generation driven multi-channel campaigns.

Reporting into the CEO, you'll identify key deliverables and drive growth for the business. You'll be a innovative and inquisitive marketer who can take on a hands on and engaged approach to building creative campaigns and Demand Gen initiatives.

This is an amazing opportunity for somebody who is looking to take more ownership and be able to have a significant impact on a companies growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, from conceptualization to post-campaign analysis.
  • Develop and refine campaign strategies to align with business objectives and target audience segments.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
  • Utilise data-driven insights to drive continuous improvements of campaign performance.
  • Work with and manage third party agencies.
  • Implement strong Demand Generation strategies

Requirements

 

  • Experienced and Autonomous Marketer, with experience in B2B and multi-channel marketing
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Strong project management skills, key eye for detail and ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment and being able to be an independent operator.
  • Experienced in marketing automation

Nice-to-haves

  • Industry: Fintech or Payments are Ideal but not required.
 
  • This is a Hybrid role (2x/week in London) or if based in Europe it can be Remote.
