• Educate teams on legal best practices and contract negotiations.

Key Requirements:

• Juris Doctor or equivalent with preference for those with an additional tech or computer science background.
• Bar admission with bilingual proficiency.
• 5+ years in legal practice within the tech industry, familiar with SaaS, IP, and software law.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, adept at managing complex projects and legal training.
