Key Requirements:

• Juris Doctor or equivalent Law degree with a solid 5-10 year post-qualification track record. Credentials from recognized Commonwealth jurisdictions preferred.
• Prior legal roles in leading law practices or within the commercial banking sector are esteemed.
• Acumen in legal aspects of FinTech, electronic payments, governance, and data protection is ideal.
• Fluent in English with Mandarin skills beneficial for interactions with certain parties (though not essential).
