Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal guidance on operational, regulatory matters, partnerships, and business strategies.
• Ensure adherence with data privacy laws, payments and lending regulations, and financial laws, working with the governance function.
• Monitor legislative changes and assess their impact on business operations.
• Advise on general corporate/commercial matters, AML/CFT, and other relevant legal issues.
• Collaborate with teams across Product, Finance, Strategy, and Marketing.

Key Requirements:

• 4-8 years PQE, preferably with in-house experience in fintech, payments, or technology sectors.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to simplify complex legal issues for business stakeholders.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, ready to roll up sleeves and facilitate business through deal lifecycle.
• Enthusiastic about the fintech industry and adaptable to regulatory changes.
• Capable of delivering practical and commercially sensible legal advice.
