Key Responsibilities:

• Legal oversight for global operations in finance integration, focusing on innovative product development and client contract management.
• Spearhead legal management of integrated lending and credit technology services, ensuring compliance and effective risk control.
• Partner with compliance teams to address and manage regulatory complexities.
• Interface with legal experts across various jurisdictions, covering financial regulation, data privacy, and tax law.
• Coordinate and manage relationships with external legal consultants.

Key Requirements:

• Law degree with a minimum of 8 years post-qualification experience.
• Strong background in banking and financial services, ideally with experience in top-tier international law firms and in-house roles.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory and compliance issues in the banking sector.
• Outstanding skills in legal drafting, negotiation, and analysis, coupled with commercial insight.
• Team-oriented, highly motivated, with robust project management skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure, meet stringent deadlines, and operate independently in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to travel as and when necessary.
