Key Responsibilities:

• Offer legal guidance and support mainly for trading activities, covering contract preparation, review, and advisory tasks.
• Key involvement in dispute resolution concerning trading and related business matters.
• Ensure business practices adhere to local laws and company policies, and stay updated on legal changes affecting the industry.

Key Requirements:

• Law degree from an accredited university with a minimum of 4 years in legal roles.
• Prior experience in litigation would be a plus.
• Familiarity with trade and shipping law is advantageous.
• Exceptional skills in drafting, negotiation, and communication.
• Ability to operate both independently and as part of a team.
