- Efficiently manage HR information systems, ensuring accurate data entry and maintenance.
- Manage expatriate and employee life cycle processes including onboarding, confirmations, and exit procedures.
- Oversee leave management and payroll processing, ensuring compliance with policies and legal requirements.
- Provide administrative support for HR operations, including documentation and report generation.
- Collaboratively work on ad-hoc projects and provide team coverage as needed.
- Degree in HR or related field with 3+ years of HR generalist experience.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage stress effectively.
- Independent task management with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is keen on making a tangible impact in HR operations.
- Proficiency in Japanese well regarded.
