Job Description

We are partnered with an Asian conglomerate in search for a new HR Officer to join an established team. This role offers an exceptional platform for junior to mid level candidates keen to build a strong foundation. Key Responsibilities:


  • Efficiently manage HR information systems, ensuring accurate data entry and maintenance.
  • Manage expatriate and employee life cycle processes including onboarding, confirmations, and exit procedures.
  • Oversee leave management and payroll processing, ensuring compliance with policies and legal requirements.
  • Provide administrative support for HR operations, including documentation and report generation.
  • Collaboratively work on ad-hoc projects and provide team coverage as needed.


Key Requirements:


  • Degree in HR or related field with 3+ years of HR generalist experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage stress effectively.
  • Independent task management with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is keen on making a tangible impact in HR operations.
  • Proficiency in Japanese well regarded.
